For the past 15 years, Andy has partnered with founders as both an investor and operator across AI, SaaS, and developer tools.
Most recently, he led Finance at EvenUp, an AI-native legal tech company, where he helped pioneer the “sell work, not software” model - delivering the legal outputs themselves rather than copilots for attorneys. During his tenure, he guided the company through hypergrowth from Series A to Series E, raising over $400M from Bessemer, Lightspeed, and Bain Capital.
Andy began his investment career at Citadel Global Equities, covering public technology companies. He later joined Square, contributing through its IPO, before moving into early-stage venture. In 2018, he became the first member of Amity’s investment team, helping raise, deploy, and support Amity Ventures I.
He studied Business Administration at UC Berkeley and received his MBA from The Wharton School. Andy lives in Moraga, CA with his wife and two children.
