Jason is Amity’s Director of Finance & Operations, where he oversees all financial reporting to investors, budgeting, cash management, and ensures compliance with the various partnership agreements.
Prior to Amity, Jason was the VP of Finance and Fund Operations at FundersClub and a Tax Manager at Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP working with technology start-ups, venture capital firms, and entrepreneurs.
Jason holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He is a CPA licensed in the state of California.
